Technical skill gets teams hired. It's rarely what holds them back.
What limits most teams is harder to see — poor communication, eroded trust, resistance to change, leaders who haven't yet learned to lead themselves. These things don't fix themselves, and they’re easy to miss in a performance review. But they shape everything: how decisions get made, how conflict is handled, how people feel on a Monday morning, whether this team is driving success or not.
My workshops address precisely these issues. Drawing on business psychology, psychotherapy, philosophy and over two decades of working with teams within organisations including Meta, Viacom, Atlassian, Google, Apple, Microsoft, Chanel and The Wall Street Journal, I design and deliver programmes that create lasting change — not just a day out of the office.
HOW IT WORKS
Workshops are available as half-day or full-day sessions, and can be delivered in person or remotely. They work equally well as standalone training or as part of a structured programme rolled out over weeks or months — the right shape depends on your organisation, your team, and what you're trying to achieve.
Every engagement begins with a conversation to understand your context. I don't deliver off-the-shelf training. Everything is adapted to the people in the room.
